Vinyasa Flow Yoga is rooted in the principles of traditional Hatha Yoga, incorporating a dynamic and fluid movement style inspired by elements of Ashtanga Yoga.


Vinyasa it is the mindful sequence between asanas — the moments of transition — inviting the practitioner to remain fully present and attentive, creating a meditative flow that connects breath with movement.
